 If you need to cancel or request a change to your booking, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Please note that the 50% deposit remains non-refundable. 

 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings, including private walks, weddings and special events.

As the welfare of our Irish Wolfhounds is our highest priority, we limit ourselves to a maximum of two bookings per day. Once your booking is confirmed, your date and time are reserved exclusively for you, and we may turn away other enquiries. For this reason, deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

The remaining balance is payable prior to, or on the day of, your booking. 

 Our experiences take place outdoors, and as the saying goes, it rains in Ireland! Please come prepared for the weather by wearing comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear suitable for walking on uneven ground.

Unless weather conditions are deemed unsafe, our walks and events will proceed as planned.

If temperatures reach 25°C or above, we may need to postpone or cancel walks, tours or events to protect the health and welfare of our Irish Wolfhounds.

Should Fiadh Irish Wolfhounds cancel a booking due to hot weather or any other circumstance affecting the safety and welfare of our dogs, guests or handlers, you will be offered the choice of either rescheduling your booking or receiving a full refund of any monies paid, including your deposit 

 Fiadh Irish Wolfhounds holds full public liability insurance for all experiences and events.

Guests are welcome to handle and walk our Irish Wolfhounds should they wish to do so. However, Irish Wolfhounds are one of the world's largest dog breeds and are exceptionally strong. If you choose to walk one of our dogs, please ensure you are comfortable and physically able to do so. Our experienced handlers will always be present to provide guidance and assistance throughout your experience. 

 Our Irish Wolfhounds are family first and ambassadors for their incredible breed. Every decision we make is guided by their welfare, comfort and happiness.

By limiting the number of experiences we offer each day, monitoring weather conditions and ensuring every interaction is safe and enjoyable, we can provide the highest standard of care for our dogs while creating an unforgettable experience for every guest.
