About us
Fiadh Irish Wolfhounds Kennels are a family run kennels situated on the Wild Atlantic Way in Co. Clare. Nestled in the world famous Burren National park, our wolfhounds get to enjoy picturesque walks, ensuring our dogs are healthy, happy, well socialised and bonded.
With over 20 years experience of working with our canine companions we found ourselves obligated to continue the lineage of Ireland’s most iconic dogs.
Steeped in Irish folklore and history, the noble Irish Wolfhound deserves to be bred with respect and careful consideration so that their magic continues to flourish.
With a great duty of care, our Wolfhounds are cared for as a part of our family. They have great freedom, are extremely well socialised, living on our homestead with hens, ducks, geese, donkeys, horses and our most dedicated member of staff, our little girl Rosie.
We believe that all dogs thrive when they are connected with nature, are bonded with humans and other animals, have freedom to move and access to stimulation.

a way that benefits them most. We want our Irish Wolfhounds to have optimum health conditions so we
make sure that each and every sire and dam have the correct health testing before they are mated. This is
crucial for each litter of pups

nothing amateur about the care they receive. We work with other breeders so that we can constantly and
consistently strive to improve the breed.
